When we hear the words home town, many of us have a hundred memories flood our minds. It could be the Saturday morning shopping, going to the movies, hanging out with friends at the local store/shop/mall, going mud riding, riding horse, eating at the supper table with our families, doing chores, sitting in the pews on Sunday, whatever it is, it is home.

Hill Country Network is only a year old, but we have covered a lot of the events around "home", North Mississippi is our home. We have covered festivals, meetings, grand openings, shopping days, school fun and many other things. We love it. We love Mississippi. Our state takes hits that we do not always deserve. Yes, there are improvements that can be made, but so do we as individuals. The better the citizens of Mississippi are, the better our state will be. We should be proud of who we are and be uplifting when we talk about our Mississippi.
